OFFAL

The offal can be split into two categories namely the red offal and the rough offal. The red offal compromises of the lungs, heart, liver, spleen, tongue and tail. The rough offal consists of the large tripe, small tripe, intestines, feet and head. The offal offers very nutritious food at a very affordable price. We do sell fresh offal daily as well as frozen boxed offal.

Our hides are sold to Bader South Africa and are mainly used in the automotive industry.
