PROCESSING

Our meat processing area is directly adjacent to our de-boning hall. The flow of our product from the abattoir to wholesale to de-boning to processing is all under one roof in temperature controlled areas. This ensures a hygienic product with an extended shelf life.  In the processing area we produce mince as well as mince products: varieties of wors and hamburger patties.

For portion control the Vemag 500 machine is used so that our portion sizes are within 99 % of the advertised weight. Our hamburger patties are hand pressed and therefore you can see the consistency of the meat used in the manufacture of the patties.

We recently launched banting products including wors, hamburger patties and meat loaf.
