I started with Chalmbar Beef on the 3rd of May 2011
I do the payroll and HR admin for the company
Why the Beef industry?
I am in this industry because of the company. (The planning, skill and production that go into producing quality meat)
What do you like about Chalmar Beef?
I like working for Chalmar Beef, because it is a family company and for that reason they always have a high sense of family values, even for your own family. If your child is sick everyone stands together to make sure the job gets done, but your children get the attention they need.
How do you motivate your team?
I inspire my team by supporting them through any queries or problems they might have and helping them to strive to better themselves and deliver quality work.
What are your favourite products?
There are so many products to choose from, where to start. I would have to say there is nothing better than a Chalmar Beef steak on a braai to end off your week.
