- It is of utmost importance that you as customer maintain the Cold Chain at all times ( keep the product at the temperature as indicated on the product )
- Our return / refund – Policy is valid for 48 Hours from purchase.
- The product must be unused and in it ‘s original packaging and the
Cold Chain maintained before a refund or exchange will be considered.
- If any of the above was not adhered to , we will not consider a claim
- Process of a Return :
- It is the customer’s responsibility to return the product to Chalmar Beef at his own expense
- Proof of purchase ( receipt ) must accompany your claim
- After the product was received and inspected by our QC Department , we
will notify you of the outcome and whether we are going to refund you ,
replace the product or reject your claim.
- If you are to be refunded , it will be done in the original payment method ,
eg. if you paid cash , you will be refunded in cash , by credit card you
will receive a credit on your card.
- It remains the sole discretion of Management to replace , refund ,
partially refund or reject your claim .
- Chalmar Beef undertakes that the process will be completed within
7 days of receiving your claim.
- Chalmar Beef will not be held responsible / liable for the costs to return the product
- The Customer , by using the Internet Purchase option , hereby binds himself / herself
to the above terms and conditions.
