Ingredients
- What you'll need:
- 4 Oyster Steaks
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- ½ Lemon
- 2 Sprigs Rosemary
- 5 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Method:
- 4 Oyster Steaks
- Take the steaks out of the fridge and let them come to room temperature before cooking.
- Finely chop the rosemary and thyme.
- Places the steaks, chopped herbs, olive oil, lemon and a good pinch of salt and pepper into a bowl and massage to coat.
- Leave for 10 minutes to marinade.
- Either cook the steaks over hot coals or in a dry frying pan on high heat until med-rare or medium. (This is usually 2 ½ - 3 minutes a side in a hot pan.)
- Remove from the heat and place on a serving plate or board and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Slice up the steaks and serve.
