Beef FQ chuck steaks are cut according to Chalmar Beef specifications. Portions are cut to approx 300g.
Packaging: 2 x 300g steaks, vacuum packed in a shrink bag.
Shelf life: 28 days chilled @ <1°C or 365 days frozen @ <-18°C
Cooking method: Braai/grill/ pan fry as steaks
