1. By entering this competition, you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions which will govern this competition. Furthermore, you verify that you are unaware of any reason legally prohibiting you from entering this competition and that any recipes, photographs, images of people, or of anything else that requires consent or copyright, that you have the necessary consent and authority to do so, if required. Any entrant who contravenes these rules may be disqualified from the competition. 2. The use of a Chalmar Beef or Chalmar Lamb product is mandatory. Any submissions where this is not the case, will be disqualified. 3. The competition will run from 01 September 2024 until 27 September 2024. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in transmission. 4. There will be two prizes up for grabs: 1st Place winner will receive a voucher of R1000.00 2nd Place winner will receive a voucher of R500.00 5. The decision and criteria used to select the winners will be at Chalmar Beef’s discretion. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 6. Winners will be notified via phone or email, depending on the information supplied when submitting the entry. 7. These vouchers can be used to purchase goods in the Chalmar Beef Shop or online at www.chalmarbeef.co.za 8. These vouchers are not negotiable or transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. 9. You may not enter the competition if you are a director, member, partner or employee of Chalmar Beef, or their respective spouses, partners and family members (parents, siblings and children). 10. By entering this competition, the entrant consents that Chalmar Beef may use the names, details, recipes and any images taken and entered by the winners for publicity purposes, without any further remuneration being payable to the winners. 11. All promotional material will become the sole property of Chalmar Beef. 12. Participants understand and agree that in order to offer the competition, the Chalmar Beef must collect and use personal information about the participants. 13. Chalmar Beef reserves the right to cancel, modify or amend the competition at any time if deemed necessary in their own opinion or if circumstances arise outside of their control.
