Rump tail portions are prepared according to Chalmar Beef specifications. Portions are cut to approx 800g.
Packaging: 1 x 800g vacuum packed in a shrink bag.
Shelf life: 28 days chilled @ <1°C or 365 days frozen @ <-18°C
Cooking method: Braai /grill / cut and pan fry as steaks
