Description

Chalmar 70/30 Mince is produced from visually lean (VL) Trimmings, 70 % meat and 30% fat.

The boneless trimmings are firstly processed through the mincer on a coarse plate and then blended together before being passed through the mincer for a final time on a finer plate.

Packaging: Vacuum packed in shrink bag, 2.5 kg, 1 kg 0r 500g.

Shelf life: 14 days chilled @ <1°C or 365 days frozen @ <-18°C

Cooking method: Pan frying.
