Place the cubes sweet potatoes into a bowl, drizzle over 3 tablespoons of oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat. Roast in a preheated oven at 200˚C for about 30 min (until softened and just beginning to brown), turning them halfway, OR roast them in the air fryer (in a lined basket) at 180˚C for 30 min, turning halfway.
Place a non-stick pan on high heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and, using your hands, crumble the mince into the pan along with the onion. Season with salt and pepper, and fry, breaking up the mince as you go, until the onions and mince are beginning to brown.
Add the taco seasoning/mince spice and Worcester sauce and stir to combine.
Add the honey and chilli flakes, stir and fry until golden.
Serve in bowls with the roasted sweet potato, broccoli, avocado, cottage cheese and spring onions.
