Description
Chalmar Beef Biltong is produced from premium sliced beef that has been cut from Silverside. Ideally the slices are cut approx 2.5cm thick. The beef slices are sliced and marinated overnight to allow the full flavour to be absorbed. The product is then hung to dry in a temperature-controlled environment.

Shelf life: 90 days fresh kept at ambient temperature and 180 days frozen @ <-18°C
