Rump portions are are prepared from swiss trim rump. The portions shall be cut into slices parallel to the back bone line. Portions are cut to approx 300g.
Packaging: 5 x 300g vacuum packed in a shrink bag.
Shelf life: 28 days chilled @ <1°C or 365 days frozen @ <-18°C
Cooking method: Braai/grill/ pan fry as steaks
