Beef is a great source of easily absorbed iron, which your baby needs for healthy growth, development, and optimum energy levels.
If your baby is not used to the taste of beef, you may need to mix in a bit of fruit or veggies to the beef to help baby enjoy the first taste.
What you’ll love: Homemade meat baby food purees tend to be far tastier than those in the shops.
