Ingredients
- What you will need:
- 60 ml Beef dripping (rendered fat from beef is called dripping) alternatively, use sunflower oil
- 250 ml Popcorn kernels
- 100g Dark chocolate bar with chili, melted
- 150g CHALMAR BEEF Biltong dust
Instructions
- Method:
- How to make the beef dripping popcorn with chocolate and biltong dust:
- In a deep pot on the stovetop, heat the fat or sunflower oil, add the popcorn kernels and gently toss to ensure they’re coated with fat or oil.
- Wait for the first kernels to pop and remove the pot from the stovetop, cover with a lid and wait for 30 seconds. Return the pot to the heat. When popcorn is popping, shake the pot. When the popping slows, remove from the heat.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over popcorn and sprinkle with biltong dust. Toss thoroughly to ensure even coating.
- SERVE: Pour popcorn into bowls.
