Ingredients
- What you'll need:
- 1 kg Chalmar Lamb Ribs
- What you'll need for the Marinade:
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 2 tsp Fresh Rosemary (finely chopped)
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 1 ½ Tbsp Honey
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- Pinch Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Method:
- Place the lamb ribs into a non-reactive bowl and add the chilli flakes, rosemary, olive oil, honey, lemon, salt and pepper.
- Rub the marinade into the lamb, cover, and let it sit for an hour before cooking.
- Preheat your Air fryer to 155˚C, then add the lamb ribs and cook for 20 minutes, turn the ribs and cook for a further 20 minutes at 145˚C.
- (Cooking at a lower temperature will let the fat render from the ribs and also ensure the honey doesn’t burn. The cooking time will depend on the size of your Air fryer, and how full it is. The smaller the Air fryer the longer the cooking time.)
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.
